Project planning & initiation
Defining goals, scope, and success criteria. Breaking the project into phases and milestones. Risk identification and mitigation planning. Setting up communication rules and escalation procedures.
Project execution management
Team coordination, task and deadline tracking, change management, ongoing reporting to stakeholders. Timely problem identification and resolution, not sweeping issues under the rug.
Methodology & tool setup
We help select and implement the right management methodology — agile (Scrum, Kanban), waterfall, or hybrid approach based on project characteristics. We set up tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, Linear, Notion, or others) to serve the team, not the other way around.
Vendor & external team management
We coordinate collaboration between internal and external teams, manage subcontractors, monitor delivery quality, and ensure everyone is pulling in the same direction.
Handoff & evaluation
